Terms and Conditions

  1. Items are based on a first come first serve basis, thus unavailability of stock will be notified to customers.
  2. The Prices are checked on regularly. All goods are sold  subject to availability and prices of products may change from time to time. However if the  price you ordered has changed we will send you an email, asking if you would still wish to proceed. 
  3. Prices shown under each clothing item are excluding the delivery charges as well which would be added into the total payment of customers.
  4. Please remember that we will not be under any obligations to supply  the good/items until we confirm that we both have accepted the order and  has been dispatched.  If you confirm that you do not wish to proceed.  Your order will be cancelled and neither of us shall have any further liability to the other.
  5. Goods purchased are not refundable, exchangeable or to be returned but it will be considered based on the situation. 
  6. You shall not own the goods /items until we have received payment in full and cleared funds from you.
  7. We will NOT be responsible in the event of any postal delays during shipping. (Although delivery should be between 3-4 working days)
  8. Customer Reminder: Please assure of the size measurement as different children of an age may differ in size thus measuring your child first then only ordering would be vital to ensure the clothing fits, we will assure that the measurement of the clothing is suitable to that which is stated by customers :)
